Summer Time

Look at that spring is out the door and here comes the beach season!!!! Aren't you glad that you worked out during the winter months so you wouldn't go crazy trying to fit in your bikini!!!!

Have you thought about this?

Hello all friday is here hope had a great workout week!!!

Well I, was asked a broad question the other day wanted to share with you. How much cardio should I, been doing vs. strength training?

The easiest way to put it is look at the time spent in your week and make sure if you're goal is weight loss then you have to get more time doing cardio then strength training. If you're goal is maintain weight and more tone and less weight loss then try to have them be about the same of amount of time in the week.
