Have you thought about this?
Hello all friday is here hope had a great workout week!!!
Well I, was asked a broad question the other day wanted to share with you. How much cardio should I, been doing vs. strength training?
The easiest way to put it is look at the time spent in your week and make sure if you're goal is weight loss then you have to get more time doing cardio then strength training. If you're goal is maintain weight and more tone and less weight loss then try to have them be about the same of amount of time in the week.

Bootcamp training does get results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey everybody we are into the second week of bootcamp and some of the ladies are already feeling the great results coming on very strong!!!!!!!!!!
If you haven't been to the class yet what R U WAITING for we are here every MON, WED, and FRIDAY morning sweating and having fun doing it!!!!!!!!!!!!
